By accessing or using the Website, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, you should not use the Website. If you submit an enquiry or register your interest, our Privacy Notice also explains how we use your personal information.

These terms apply only to use of the Website. They do not govern the reservation, purchase or sale of a property. Any property transaction will be subject to separate documents and terms supplied during the sales and conveyancing process.

3. Information only - no offer or contract

The Website provides general information about Platinum Homes and current or proposed developments. Nothing on the Website constitutes an offer, a contractual promise, a warranty, financial or legal advice, or part of a contract for the sale of land or a home.

Registering your interest does not reserve a property, give you priority, guarantee availability or price, or oblige either you or Platinum Homes to proceed with a transaction. A reservation or sale is effective only when the relevant written documents have been completed by the authorised parties.

4. Development information and marketing particulars

We take reasonable care to present information accurately, but developments evolve. To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• availability, prices, specifications, materials, layouts, dimensions, boundaries, tenure, service charges, incentives, build programmes and completion dates may change;
• computer-generated images, photographs, drawings, floor plans, site plans, maps, landscaping, furniture, fittings, finishes and views are illustrative and may not show the final property or its surroundings;
• dimensions, areas, distances and journey times are approximate and should be independently checked; and
• references to local amenities, transport, schools or third-party services do not amount to a recommendation or guarantee that they will remain available or unchanged.

Before making any commitment, you should obtain and rely on the current sales particulars, reservation documents, plans and specifications issued for the specific property, and take independent legal, financial, survey and other professional advice as appropriate.

Nothing in these terms limits responsibility for fraudulent statements or for information that the law does not allow us to exclude or limit.

5. Enquiries and registrations of interest

You must ensure that information you provide through the Website is accurate and that you are authorised to provide it. We may contact you using the details you supply to respond to your enquiry or, where you have requested it, to provide relevant development, availability and release information.

We may decide not to accept or progress an enquiry where it appears fraudulent, automated, abusive, incomplete or unrelated to our developments.
