• technical and usage information, such as IP address, browser and device type, operating system, referring page, pages requested, timestamps, security events and form-submission metadata; and

We use your contact details and development interests to respond, provide requested information, discuss availability and take steps you ask us to take before a possible reservation or purchase. Our lawful bases are taking steps at your request before entering a contract and our legitimate interests in managing genuine enquiries and selling our homes.

Providing development updates

Where you have specifically asked to receive ongoing email or text updates, we use your details to send relevant availability, release and development information. We rely on your consent where PECR requires consent. You may withdraw consent at any time using an unsubscribe link or by contacting us. Withdrawal does not affect processing that was lawful before withdrawal.

In limited cases the law may permit similar marketing under the “soft opt-in”, but only where all statutory conditions are met, including a clear opportunity to opt out when details are collected and in every message.

Telephone contact

We may telephone you to answer an enquiry when you provide a number for that purpose. We do not treat a number supplied for an enquiry as automatic consent to unrelated marketing calls. • our accountants, insurers, solicitors and other professional advisers;

• courts, regulators, law-enforcement bodies and public authorities where disclosure is required or permitted by law.

Service providers acting as processors may use personal information only on our instructions and must protect it under their contracts with us. Some providers may also act as independent controllers for limited purposes; their own privacy notices will then apply.
